The firm is led by Jeremy Benkin, a senior real estate and facilities executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex portfolios across office, industrial, and mixed-use environments. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has held senior leadership roles within global real estate organizations, advising owners and operators on portfolio strategy, operational performance, and cost optimization at scale.

He has overseen real estate and facilities operations for portfolios exceeding 4 million square feet across North America, led global procurement strategies managing over $3 billion in spend, and delivered savings through total cost of ownership reduction, supplier strategy, and operational redesign.

Jeremy’s experience spans the full lifecycle of asset performance from capital planning and lease strategy to facilities operations, vendor governance, and workplace transformation. His work has consistently focused on translating operational complexity into measurable financial outcomes.

Prior to founding CoreYield, Jeremy held senior leadership positions at CBRE, where he led global advisory and consulting functions, improved business performance through operational transformation, and developed innovative approaches to facility assessment and building technology strategy.
